Web Screen Saver END USER License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your downloading and/or use of this software (Web Screen Saver) indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

This Web Screen Saver software ("Software") is owned by Philippe Vaugouin. ("Philippe Vaugouin"). Philippe Vaugouin hereby grants to the user a non-exclusive license to use this Software solely for internal purposes.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your downloading and/or use of this software (Web Screen Saver) indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

This Web Screen Saver software ("Software") is owned by Philippe Vaugouin. ("Philippe Vaugouin"). Philippe Vaugouin hereby grants to the user a non-exclusive license to use this Software solely for internal purposes.

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain to Philippe Vaugouin. The Software is protected by the copyright laws and international treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights regarding such content.

TERMS APPLICABLE WHEN LICENSE FEES NOT YET PAID (LIMITED TO EVALUATION).

Philippe Vaugouin grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software free of charge, if your use of the Software is for the purpose of evaluating whether to purchase an ongoing license to the Software. The evaluation period for use is limited to 30 days, and during the evaluation period, some functions of the Software (Removal of ad screen) is limited.

If you fit within the description above, you may use the Software in the manner described in "SCOPE OF GRANT".

TERMS APPLICABLE WHEN LICENSE FEES PAID.

Subject to payment of applicable license fees, Philippe Vaugouin grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the Software and accompanying documentation ("Documentation") in the manner described in "SCOPE OF GRANT".

You may use the Software on one computer per one license.

SCOPE OF GRANT.

You may:

- make as many copies of the Software with the Documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original version to anyone for the purpose of evaluation described in "TERMS APPLICABLE WHEN LICENSE FEES NOT YET PAID (LIMITED TO EVALUATION).";

- terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software and the Documentation;

You may not:

- permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above;

- permit concurrent use of the Software;

- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction) the Software;

- commercially distribute, sub-license, resell, or otherwise transfer for any consideration, or reproduce for any such purposes, the Software or any modification or derivation thereof, either alone or in conjunction with any other products or programs;

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.

This Software is provided to the user "AS IS." Philippe Vaugouin assumes no risk if this Software does not function properly or operate error free and Philippe Vaugouin makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the Software and/or associated materials provided to the user, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, Philippe Vaugouin shall not be liable for any claims or damages whatsoever, including property damage, personal injury, intellectual property infringement, loss of profits, or interruption of business, or for any special, consequential or incidental damages, however caused, whether arising out of breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

TERMINATION.

This agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and the Documentation.

GENERAL PROVISIONS.

While Philippe Vaugouin intends to distribute a commercial release of the Software, Philippe Vaugouin reserves the right at any time not to release a commercial release of the Software or, if released, to change prices, specifications, features, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the commercial release without further notification to the user.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Paris and the laws of France. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement is the complete statement of the agreement and supersedes any proposal or prior communications between Philippe Vaugouin and the user relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Reinventing the wheel

Not only Web Screen Saver offers only limited flexibility, it also has a very disturbing interface and acts without permission. So it cannot do what it says it can do and does things you never asked it to do...
